friendly staff well-stocked minibar easy access
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They assisted with all my requests promptly. my room had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of snacks and beverages. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby shopping centers and dining options (i particularly enjoyed the local street food).
the gym equipment was somewhat outdated, and i had to wait a few times to use certain machines.

the concierge arranged smooth transportation to and from the airport. the staff remembered my name and preferences. requests for extra towels or information were always handled efficiently and with a smile, made things easier. turndown service included bottled water and neatly arranged amenities.

the hotel is situated in a calm area, far from the hustle. nearby is a lovely park perfect for a morning walk. the area felt safe and secure. public transportation was readily accessible for exploring further.

Really good Stay Experience
relaxing pool club package quiet area easy access
I found the pool very large and relaxing. The club package was worth it granting me access to the lounge. This space provided a quiet area to work. The hotel's location allowed easy access to various local attractions and dining options.
I noted some slight delays during peak hours at breakfast service. Staff promptly addressed these though.

The fitness center features modern equipment including treadmills and weight machines. It ensures a complete workout. There is also a sauna and steam room which is perfect for relaxation after exercise. The outdoor pool is surrounded by lush greenery offering a tranquil escape from the city.

My room included a comfortable king size bed and a seating area. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub which gave plenty of space. High speed internet access was available without any interruptions.

breakfast array supportive bed dust clumps empty plate
the breakfast presented a magnificent array of culinary delights. it was the absolute best breakfast i have ever experienced. the room itself felt elegantly calming with a perfect supportive bed. luxurious cotton sheets covered it.
I noticed clumps of dust in the room. the black tile walls in the toilet was dusty. They had not been wiped down. a plate of chocolates was provided. but it was left empty for a few days . it was dissappointing
